PCM Construction has provided
general contracting services from its conception. We have skilled team
members who have the experience and training to complete the most
complex projects. Our philosophy is that the project executives are
the team captains for the projects. They are responsible for the
successful completion of the projects within the budget, schedule, and
quality requirements set forth for the project. The project executive
has support from the corporate principals and his construction team
consisting of the project manager, project superintendent, office
assistants, and field assistants.

Estimating:

Establish a list of qualified
sub-contractors to bid the project.

Review sub-contractor proposals
for conformance to scope, schedule, phasing and quality.

Submit a firm lump sum price for
the project

Value Engineering/ Cost Reductions
if needed to bring the project within budget.

Construction:

Award low responsible trade
contractors.

Provide the necessary field and
office supervision for the project.

Conduct a project
"kick-off" meeting to review roles and responsibilities.

Implement the project safety plan
and coordinate the submittal process.

Update and refine the project
schedule with phasing and subcontractor input.
|

Hold Progress Meetings to review
and coordinate submittals, schedule, material deliveries,
testing/inspection reports, etc.

Process payment applications of
subcontractor's, verifying work-in-place and stored materials.
|
 |
Obtain necessary governmental
agencies inspections and approvals throughout the duration of the
project.
